1. Faulty items can be returned and will be refunded or exchanged.
  2. Non-faulty items can be exchanged but will not be refunded.

Once we receive the items, they will be inspected to ensure they are in the same condition as they were provided.

PLEASE NOTE: Items returned must be in as new condition, repacked in original packaging, not used, damaged or washed. Make sure to return in original packaging to ensure a credit.

To lodge a return or exchange, please message us via the contact form found in the Contact Us page, with your name and order number and we will get back to you promptly to organise  return.


From time to time accidents in transit occur. If you receive the product and notice the packaging and product with clear and significant damage, immediately take photos, refuse to accept the item from the courier and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 2 business days. If you notice the damage after receiving the item, take photos and contact us as soon as possible.


Human error, means that on occasion the incorrect product or colour maybe sent out. Contact us as soon as possible, 2-3 business days if possible, to arrange and we will organize the correct product to be delivered to you at no cost. Incorrect items must be in new condition, i.e. not used, or assembled or damaged and in original packaging. We will organise the collection and return back to us at no cost to you.


You may cancel an order only before the order reaches our dispatch department. This is usually within a 24hr period. Contact us as soon as possible and we will assist in canceling your order.


If you receive an item that is faulty or defective, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible. Ideally within 3 business days. Based on the nature of the claim we will work with you to achieve a satisfactory solution. These may entail, replacement or offer a store voucher, discount or refund, whichever is appropriate.
