DK / 8ply – Merino Alpaca Blend – SIR JARN – Limited Edition (Workshop) Undyed Yarn

Created during one of our collaborative yarn making workshops, this limited edition La Bella yarn is a beautiful example of how thoughtful fibre combinations can create something truly special. The yarn name was created using all participant's first initial.

This unique DK / 8ply blend combines two strands of coloured merino and black alpaca — similar to our much-loved Granite base — with a single strand of natural white merino. The result is a softly marled yarn with beautiful tonal variation, gentle depth and a wonderfully balanced handle.

The black alpaca adds softness and warmth, while the white merino brings lightness and subtle contrast, creating a yarn that feels both rustic and refined. Squishy, lofty and beautifully soft, it is ideal for garments and accessories worn close to the skin.

As with all our workshop creations, this yarn was produced in a very limited quantity and reflects the shared creativity and hands-on experience of the participants who helped make it. A truly small-batch yarn with a story woven into every skein.

WASHING: Please make sure that you knit/ crochet, wash and block a square to ensure that the square meets the gauge for your projects. Our yarns can shrink due to the minimal processing.

Please wash in cold water, don’t agitate, use a wool wash and dry flat.
